2-Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate (HPMA, C₇H₁₂O₃, CAS 27813-02-1, EINECS 248-666-3) is a colorless to light yellow liquid, soluble in water and most organic solvents. It has a density of 1.066 g/cm³ (20°C), a boiling point of 96°C (1.33 kPa), a flash point of 104°C (closed cup), acid value ≤0.3%, inhibitor content ≤200 ppm MEHQ, and pH ≈6 (50 g/L, 20°C).
